Advice and bookkeeping sold online, but with the casework kept outside the site: the client arrives from the web and from then on everything goes back to travelling by email, where deadlines get lost and the state of a case is known only to the person handling it.
Cosa ho costruito
A platform that brings inside the site the part that used to sit outside it.
The public side explains the services and the prices and collects enquiries — registering for VAT, running the bookkeeping, advice — with the frequent questions clearing away the doubts that otherwise turn into an email.
After signing in, the client gets their own area: cases, documents and progress in one place instead of an inbox. On the other side the practice sees the same information without retyping it.
